Job summary

Pacific Building Material (Project) Limited is seeking a skilled Sales Executive in Hong Kong to drive sales for construction materials, including tiles, timber, sanitary wares, and kitchen/wardrobe products. You will follow the company strategy, realize sales targets, and manage key relationships with developers, contractors and designers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in building materials, is fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus), and is self-motivated with independent

Qualifications

• Minimum Form 5 education or above.
• At least 2 years' experience, preferably in building materials.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow strategy and ensure realization of sales for customers.
• Establish and own the value proposition at the customer, inclusive of property developers, contractors, designers.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for branded products by maintaining active interaction and good relationships with customers.
• Provide sales presentations and one-stop solutions to customers.

Job description

Mainly deal with construction materials, including but not limited to tiles, timber flooring, sanitary wares, Kitchen/wardrobe, etc.

Follow the strategy and ensure realization of sales for customers

Requirements:
