Job summary

Joyful Sky Limited in Hong Kong seeks a proactive sales professional to join our building materials team in Sheung Wan. You will coordinate sales activities and presentations to contractors, interior designers, architects and developers, and help develop new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Required: diploma or above in business or marketing, 2–3 years in building materials sales or marketing, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business or Marketing related disciplines
• 2 - 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the building material field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement sales activities and presentations to contractors, interior designers, architects and developers
• Develop new clients and market opportunities while maintaining good relationships with existing clients
• Manage projects and coordinate with contractors and designers through to completion
• Support marketing initiatives, including promotional materials and social media content
• Participate in industry exhibitions in China and overseas to explore suppliers and factories
