Job summary

ACW Distribution (HK) LTD. is a leading IT solution distributor in Hong Kong for 40 years. We are expanding and seek a Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives across IT security and storage solutions in the Hong Kong market.

You will drive channel partnerships, set strategic sales plans, and manage key accounts to achieve revenue growth. You will coach a high-performing sales team, collaborate with product marketing, and identify new business opportunities through proactive market analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of sales team leadership experience in IT.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security and storage products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in business development and tendering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for engaging, marketing and selling IT solutions (e.g. Security, Wi-Fi & Storage) in channel partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets (KPI) and company revenue growth.
• Achieve sales targets through developing account by planning sales activities.
• Provide professional consultation, product presentation.
• Work with product marketing team to deliver and execute effective channel program.
• Formulate and execute channel strategies and develop long-term business relationship with channel accounts.
• Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in Hong Kong; expand new customers through various channels and approaches.
• Complete individual sales quotas according to the company's overall sales plan.
• Able to think independently, analyze needs and identify business opportunities from existing and new customers.
• Proactively develop new client base and identify new products/market segments for growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts and analysis reports.
