Job summary

Mediterranean Shipping Company (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a motivated logistics administrator to handle customer enquiries and follow up export bookings. You will liaise with local and overseas agents to resolve shipment issues and ensure accurate rates are updated in the system.

The role also supports sales administration across trades and performs ad hoc tasks as needed. A degree in business and 1–2 years' shipping experience are preferred, with English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or above.
• 1–2 years’ experience in shipping/related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer enquiry services and follow up export shipment bookings.
• Liaise with local and overseas agents for shipment issues.
• Update rates in the system.
• Provide sales administration support across different trades.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

Candidate with proven experience in carriers field a definitely advantage
