Purpose of Role:

• To support Senior Customer Service Specialist in providing excellent customer service in SEA, ANZ regions
• To work closely with the Logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment for all deliveries
• To coordinate shipping documents and letters of credit in line with customer requirements timely and accurately
• To support the Logistics team in coordination and administrative duties
• To support the month-end closing process

Key Accountabilities:

• Customer Service: collect demand, update CS plan, prepare ship nominations and obtain confirmation from customers, monitor tank inventory plan
• Order Management: place orders to invoice in Oracle system, follow up orders, monitor, tracking of shipments, provide ETA updates to customers
• Documentation: prepare shipping documents, follow up PO and payments, support month-end closing reporting
• Logistics support: Provide support on supply, purchasing and shipping matters

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years working experience in freight forwarding
• Hands-on experience in shipping documents, understanding of INCOTERMS and demurrage
• Experience in handling L/C documents
• Experience in ERP, especially Oracle will be an advantage
• Stock accounting knowledge preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English (communication with overseas clients)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to handle urgent tasks after office hours, under the occasional situation
