Job summary

Cargo Services Far East Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a capable logistics professional to lead customer experience across international supply chains, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.

You will manage end-to-end shipment life cycles, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for service improvement while working under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
• 5+ years experience in Logistics, familiar with operations and PO management.
• Experience in DC/warehouse management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with key accounts of the Company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager role.

• Build strong customer relationships, solve customer query about operations and be curious around their business needs and drivers, to better serve them and identify new business opportunities.

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager role
