Job summary

Jushi Group (HK) Sinosia Composite Materials Company Limited is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to handle end-to-end shipping operations in a trading environment. The role focuses on document handling, LOIs, LC issuance, and liaison with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of shipping experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years related shipping experience in trading firm.
• Diploma/ University or above.
• Familiar with shipment planning schedule with freight forwarder.
• Familiar with issuing letters of credit is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multi tasks independently.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Good in common computer skills such as Microsoft and Excel.
• Able to work independently, well organized, hard working and eager to learn.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of I/E shipping document and order management.
• Arrange issuance and switch of bills of lading.
• Issue letters of credit.
• Liaise with Customer on order follow up.
