Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Book Kiosk Sales Agent to join the Concierge team. Based at our Hong Kong property, you will deliver exceptional guest service, drive sales, and support daily Book Kiosk operations under the Chief Concierge.

You will provide personalized product recommendations, maintain product knowledge, process transactions accurately, and ensure shop presentation and stock levels are optimal. Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• With experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Experience in selling luxury products or premium retail items would be an advantage.
• Sales-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Ensure sufficient stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of merchandise.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shop at all times.
• Assist in stock-taking exercises and coordinate with Inventory Control.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Concierge Teamin Hong Kong, the Book KioskSales Agent is responsible in providing exceptional guest service, maximize revenue and support the daily operations of the Book Kiosk. Book KioskSales Agentreports to the Chief Concierge.

As Book Kiosk Sales Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide personalized service to guests, assisting with product selection and purchases
• Maintain strong product knowledge and actively promote merchandise to achieve sales targets
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of merchandise
