Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced guest-relations host for our new experience centre. You will welcome visitors, accompany them through private visits focused on retirement-related planning, and build meaningful relationships through warm, face-to-face dialogue.

The role emphasizes hospitality, emotional support, and guiding conversations with families, while coordinating with on-site consultants to ensure a premium, seamless experience for guests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, airline, customer service, healthcare, luxury or other customer facing roles
• Patient, courteous, and comfortable engaging with guests of different ages
• Excellent negotiation and strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with the "Young Old" (active seniors) and their caregivers.
• Fluent Cantonese; proficiency in English and Mandarin are an advantage
• Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and in shifts, depending on the service centre's opening hours

Responsibilities

• Hosting & Guest Relations: Provide a warm, premium concierge experience for all walk-in guests and scheduled families.
• Visitor Engagement: Engage in deep, meaningful conversations to understand the unique lifestyles and family stories of our visitors, looking past standard corporate metrics. Facilitate conversations among guests and encourage them to share their views
• End-to-End Guest Escort: Manage the visitor journey, ensuring smooth transitions through assessment zones, build warm rapport and absolute comfort while coordinating with on-site corporate consultants.
• Feedback & Optimization: Conduct post-visit reflections with families to evaluate their experience, capturing valuable qualitative feedback to refine the ecosystem service.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between diverse external specialists and internal stakeholders
