Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Center Service Ambassador to serve as the vital link between visitors, financial professionals, and corporate partners. You will focus on relationship building, hospitality, and emotional support, guiding guests through visits and conversations about healthy aging.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years in business development, partnership management, or project management within insurance, healthcare, or elder care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years in business development, partnership management, or project management within insurance/healthcare/elder care.
• Excellent negotiation, project management and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with seniors and caregivers.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for cross-border stakeholder management.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, airline cabin crew, retail ops or eldercare coordination is a plus.
• 5-day work week, attractive remuneration and strong training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, premium concierge experience for walk-in guests and families.
• Introduce visitors to partner services, illustrating proactive planning benefits.
• Coordinate on-site scheduling, logistics, and communications between networks and departments.
• Engage visitors with meaningful conversations about lifestyles and family stories.
• Manage visitor journey and coordinate with on-site consultants.
• Own on-site logistics issues and calmly resolve service complaints.
• Conduct post-visit reflections and gather feedback to refine the ecosystem service.
