Job summary

Imaginex Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead delivery, support, and improvement of our retail business applications across Greater China. You will partner with Retail Operations, Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Finance and other functions to translate needs into practical technology solutions.

You will oversee POS, CRM, ERP, WMS, integrations and BI tools, drive automation and AI-approved workflows, manage vendors, and ensure security and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total IT experience with a focus on Software Applications, Business Analysis, or Technical Project Management within the retail or FMCG sector.
• Regional experience supporting multi-location retail application ecosystems across Greater China.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Business partnership and application ownership – collaborate with leaders to define requirements and manage lifecycle and roadmap of core retail applications.
• Project delivery and adoption – lead implementations, upgrades, integrations, deployments, testing, and user adoption.
• Integration, data, and reporting – oversee data flows across POS, CRM, ERP, WMS, e-commerce, and reporting platforms; improve data quality and reporting.
• Service and vendor management – coordinate internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and manage SLAs and evaluations.
• Automation and continuous improvement – identify opportunities for workflow automation, low-code tools, and AI solutions to drive measurable benefits.
• Governance and controls – ensure security, privacy, access control, procurement, change management, and risk controls.
