Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an IT Manager in Hong Kong to lead a growing engineering team and bridge technical execution with business needs. You’ll enforce engineering standards, drive automation, and ensure operational stability across core IT environments.

You will oversee delivery across networking, identity, endpoint management, security controls, and data workflows, while mentoring engineers and coordinating IT assets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in IT infrastructure or solution engineering.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
• Strong knowledge across networking, endpoint management, IT security and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution execution and delivery, ensuring security and maintainability.
• Provide daily operational guidance across networking, asset management, security and data workflows.
• Drive automation for zero-touch onboarding, provisioning, and user workflows.
• Coordinate IT initiatives, manage asset tracking and budgets, mentor junior engineers.
