ImagineX Management Co Ltd seeks an IT Manager to lead delivery, support, and continuous improvement of retail business applications across Greater China. You will partner with Retail Operations, Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, and Finance to translate needs into practical tech solutions and coordinate internal teams, vendors, and system integrators.

You will oversee POS, CRM, ERP, WMS, and BI tools; identify workflow automation opportunities and approved AI usage to improve efficiency, data

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience in retail/FMCG.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• Experience across multi-location retail ecosystems in Greater China.
• Hands-on with POS, CRM, ERP, and WMS integrations.
• RESTful APIs, Webhooks, middleware, and SQL for data flows.
• BI dashboards design using Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own business-critical retail applications and partner with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery, support, upgrades, and roadmaps for core platforms.
• Oversee integrations, data quality, reporting, and governance.
• Manage incidents, SLAs, and vendor relationships; drive cost efficiencies.
• Identify automation opportunities and approved AI tooling.
• Ensure security, privacy, access control, and change management.
