Our client is looking for an experienced IT leader to oversee its IT operations and drive technology development across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Retail Solutions, particularly POS systems, Digital Solutions (App, Web and CRM), who can also manage the wider IT function (ERP, Data, Infrastructure, Security) and identify opportunities to improve business operations through digital solutions and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team and develop technology plans that support business needs and company growth.
• Manage POS systems, store IT support and connectivity to ensure smooth daily retail operations.
• Oversee digital solutions, including mobile apps, CRM and customer-facing platforms, to enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and new technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Manage ERP systems, enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity.
• Drive system upgrades, integrations and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Oversee data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to support business decisions.
• Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and deliver suitable IT solutions.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams on technology standards, system implementation and support.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with solid experience in a management or leadership position.
• Strong experience in POS systems and retail technology, preferably in a multi-store environment.
• Experience managing digital solutions such as mobile applications and CRM platforms.
• Exposure to AI initiatives and an understanding of how AI can be applied to business operations.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise applications, ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data analytics.
• Experience leading IT projects, system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and people leadership skills.
• Good experience in budget planning, vendor management and IT governance.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
