Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project roadmaps and release schedules for regional POS deployments.
• Drive seamless integration between POS, digital apps, and Salesforce CRM ecosystems.
• Facilitate governance and reporting across digital, technology, regional business, and external vendor teams.
• Identify dependencies and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee UAT, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
