Job description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support a strategic multi-market POS rollout initiative. The role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end programme activities, managing dependencies across multiple teams, and ensuring successful deployment across markets.

This position requires a strong programme leader capable of operating at both strategic and execution levels, working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and market representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-market POS rollout programme.

Drive programme planning, execution, implementation, and deployment activities.

Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and business functions.

Ensure programme milestones and objectives are achieved.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with Digital, Retail, Technology, Operations, and business teams.

Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Manage programme communications and governance forums.

Drive decision-making and resolve cross-functional issues.

Planning & Governance

Build and maintain programme plans and delivery roadmaps.

Track key milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Establish and manage governance structures and status reporting.

Monitor programme health and delivery performance.

Rollout & Implementation

Manage cutover planning and go-live execution.

Ensure business and technical teams are aligned throughout implementation.

Support rollout execution and issue resolution during critical deployment phases.

Identify and mitigate programme risks.

Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.

Escalate critical issues when required.

Drive proactive problem-solving throughout the programme lifecycle.

Required Experience

10+ years of Project and/or Programme Management experience.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale transformation or technology programmes.

Experience delivering multi-country or regional rollouts.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

Strong governance, planning, risk, and dependency management capabilities.

Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

POS rollout experience.

Store systems, omnichannel, or digital transformation experience.

Luxury retail, consumer retail, FMCG, or technology environments.
