Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead a strategic multi-market POS rollout. You will coordinate end-to-end programme activities, manage dependencies, and align technology, business stakeholders, vendors and market representatives for successful deployment.

The role requires 10+ years in programme management, strong governance, and experience delivering regional rollouts in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project and/or Programme Management experience.
• Experience delivering multi-country or regional rollouts.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation or technology programmes.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-market POS rollout programme.
• Drive programme planning, execution, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and business functions.
• Ensure programme milestones and objectives are achieved.
• Partner with Digital, Retail, Technology, Operations, and business teams.
• Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain programme plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Manage cutover planning and go-live execution.
• Escalate critical issues and drive proactive problem-solving throughout the lifecycle.
