Responsibilities
Support the deployment of RFID technology in Asia.
Be the Single Point of Contact between IT Global core team and local teams.
Prepare and coordinate the overall testing of the solution.
Prepare infrastructure readiness for RFID rollout (netlib focus).
Oversee hardware/devices strategy for the region through deployment partners.
Support boutique installations and technical setup in local DCs.
Contribute to a scalable rollout framework aligned with regional priorities.
Ensure coordination between RFID deployment partners and local teams.
Build a regional support model aligned with Global principles.
Monitor budget and flag overspending risks.
Participate in bi-monthly Regional IT project committees and weekly calls.
Coordinate feedback on globally built tools, including new mobile app.
Prepare and coordinate testing with business stakeholders and obtain consent before deployment.
Highlight risks and opportunities to deliver the project.
Collect feedback from local IT teams and share with Global when appropriate.
Report progress to Head of Program and governance committees as needed.

Responsibilities
Support the deployment of the RFID technology in Asia. It will be the bridge between the Global Project Team, the regional Retail Project Manager, local IT teams and vendors to coordinate and execute the pilot and roll out.
Be the Single Point of Contact between the IT Global core team, Regional Retail Project Manager and the local IT teams.
Guarantee that the IT specifications are well understood, shared and endorsed.
Coordinate with the relevant teams to prepare the Infrastructure to support the roll out of RFID technology (netlib in particular).
Prepare, source and deliver the right hardware/devices strategy for the region, through deployment partners.
Coordinate and support the boutique installation of technology and the technical set up in local DCs.
Contribute to build a roll out framework, compatible with resources and priorities in the region.
Ensure coordination between the RFID deployment partners and local teams.
Build the support model for Asia, aligned with Global principles.
Monitor the budget and raise any risk of overspending during the project execution.
Participate actively to the bi-monthly Regional IT project committees and weekly project calls.
Coordinate the collection of feedback regarding the tools built globally (especially the new mobile app).

Job Requirements
Undergraduate Degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
PMP or Prince 2 certified Preferred.
At least 10+ years hands on experience in Retail systems design and delivery with successful implementation references.
Experience in an international context and culture.
Good understanding of retail processes and store operations principles, especially the inventory processes and back of house operations.
Solid experience on Retail systems design and implementation.
Experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions.
Demonstrated capabilities to think strategically, tactically and operationally.
Experienced in managing end-to-end project life cycles with local/regional/global stakeholders.
