Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Personal Banking professional to promote a wide range of consumer banking products and services, identify customer needs, and convert opportunities into sales while maintaining high service standards.

You will work in a branch network across HK, cooperating with teams to ensure compliant, efficient delivery and build lasting customer relationships. A background in retail banking and insurance product sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is an advantage; or HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese / English and Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in Retail Banking sales, specifically in selling insurance products
• Candidates with experience in selling investment products will be given priority considerations
• Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3
• Pass in HKSI papers 1, 7, 8 will be an advantage
• Proven track record in marketing and selling banking products
• Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
• Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Possess qualifications of Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF- RWM) will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
• Provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
• Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements
