Chong Hing Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Personal Banking Manager (Junior RM) to promote consumer banking products, identify customer needs and tailor solutions, while delivering professional service.

The role requires 2 years in retail banking or related fields, IIQE/HKSI advantages, and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English proficiency. A 5-day week and education/family benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail banking or financial institutions.
• IIQE papers 1,2,3 & HKSI papers 1,7,8 advantageous.
• ECF-RWM qualifications advantageous.
• Familiar with retail banking products and procedures.
• Strong service and sales orientation with good communication.
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager Trainee.
