Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking a customer-focused Retail Banking professional in Hong Kong to promote a broad range of consumer banking products and build new business opportunities.

You will identify customer needs, offer suitable banking solutions, and deliver efficient, professional service while ensuring full compliance with bank policies and regulatory rules. The role may suit candidates with IIQE/HKSI advantages and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage; HKDSE with 5 subjects including Chinese/English and Mathematics or equivalent.
• Minimum six months’ experience in retail banking or financial institutions.
• IIQE papers 1,2,3 and HKSI papers 1,7,8 are an advantage.
• Familiar with retail banking products and operation procedures.
• Strong service and sales orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
