Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced support staff for Relationship Managers, providing vital banking services and assisting with trade orders. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of banking experience in sales and service roles, along with HKSI and IIQE licenses.

This role involves providing excellent customer service and cross-selling banking products in a friendly work environment. Proficiency in English and Chinese including Putonghua is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of banking experience in frontline sales & service role covering branch operations and sales support.
• Passes in HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations, with knowledge of wealth products and services.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in general banking services, wealth management, and insurance sales.
• Assist in placing trade orders with customers.
• Provide quality customer service and handle banking requests.
• Cross-sell general banking products.
• Perform other branch duties as assigned.
