Job summary

Delta Asia Financial Group is seeking an experienced senior sales leader to drive revenue growth across investment, insurance, and wealth management products. The role will build and guide a high-performance retail branch sales team, forge bancassurance partnerships, and align strategies with regulatory requirements.

Macau-based with potential travel to HK, you will lead transformative sales initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking/Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in handling investment and insurance products sales and services in banking industry.
• Possesses professional licensing qualifications as required by local regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of wealth management products including insurance, unit trust and bonds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for investment, insurance, new customer acquisition and deposit growth.
• Cultivate and nurture key customer relationships and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on impactful sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with insurance partners to launch sales programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and train Branch Managers and Relationship Managers to execute sales strategies.
• Manage sales performance and design incentive schemes.
• Develop and implement sales training and mentorship programs with HR.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and product launches to maximize revenue.
• Streamline sales processes and channel operations for improved productivity.
• Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and best practices.
