Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau seeks a Senior Manager for Retail Bancassurance & FI Business (General Insurance). You will architect strategic plans, lead partnerships with banks, and drive innovative digital distribution while guiding a capable team toward ambitious growth.

The role requires deep General Insurance experience, leadership, and strong data/tech proficiency, including Power BI and CRM, with fluency in English and Chinese. HK-based position with a focus on strategic insurance partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• IIQE Papers 1 & 2 required; ANZIIF qualification is a strong advantage.
• 8+ years in General Insurance with bancassurance or FI partnerships.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong digital and data skills with Power BI, CRM and analytics.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Accelerate Sales & Market Growth by designing aggressive plans to exceed targets and expand market share.
• Champion product and digital innovation; design and launch digitally-enabled propositions.
• Drive strategic partner management with senior bank partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
