Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Management and Business Development leader for the Consumer Banking Group. You will coach TRMs, help districts shape sales strategies, and drive onboarding and performance through structured training and governance.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, compliance, and strong product knowledge. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in consumer banking, with 1–2 years in sales leadership, plus HK regulatory certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in consumer banking at executive level.
• 1–2 years’ sales management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and sales governance.

Responsibilities

• Coach TRMs on sales performance through needs-based selling coaching.
• Assist districts to formulate sales strategies and provide implementation support.
• Upskill TRMs on product knowledge and soft skills for onboarding and adaptation.
• Lead analyses on portfolio and develop sales strategies and approaches.
• Ensure compliance with HKMA, HKSI, IIQE requirements and internal policies.
