Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced banking sales professional to develop branch sales and marketing plans and supervise sales activities. The role focuses on on-site support for insurance and wealth management products, coaching staff, and implementing control and risk management while pursuing quarterly incentives and year-end awards.

The candidate should hold a university degree in Business Administration or related, and possess HKSI & IIQE licensing qualifications.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related
• Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
• Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE required

Responsibilities

• Develop branch sales and marketing plans
• Supervise sales activities and coach sales staff
• On-site sales support for insurance business
• Support Branch Manager on life insurance strategy
• Promote full range of wealth management products
• Oversee UAT in respect of branch operations
• Develop and maintain controls and risk management
