Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned Leader to accelerate sales growth through bancassurance and strategic FI partnerships. You will design digitally-enabled product propositions and drive innovation in distribution tools to enhance customer journeys.

You will manage senior bank relationships, lead a high-performing team, and leverage data analytics and CRM to inform strategy while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and strong governance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• IIQE Papers 1 & 2 required; ANZIIF is a plus.
• 8+ years in General Insurance with bancassurance or FI partnerships.
• Proven track record in establishing and scaling high-value FI partnerships.
• At least 5 years in leadership, building high-performing teams.
• Strong digital acumen with CRM, data analytics and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute aggressive strategic plans to exceed sales targets and expand market share in the retail FI channel.
• Lead end-to-end design and launch of digitally-enabled product propositions for bancassurance.
• Own and elevate relationships with bank partners at senior levels.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of business development and marketing specialists.
• Use data, CRM and market intelligence to drive decisions and craft data-backed narratives for senior management.
• Uphold regulatory compliance (HKIA) and partner agreements across channel activities.
