Hang Seng Bank Limited is seeking a high-caliber Head of Insurance Sales for its Retail Distribution network in Hong Kong. The role leads a team of insurance product specialists, develops holistic sales initiatives, and drives overall insurance sales performance across branches.

Key responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, managing resources to maximize insurance targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high customer experience and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in business/finance/insurance or related discipline.
• Proven track record achieving insurance sales targets in retail distribution or branch banking.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing insurance sales specialists and branch sales teams.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and improve channel efficiency.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Formulate strategies and manage resources to maximize insurance sales effectiveness and hit insurance targets for Retail Distribution.
• Lead and supervise a team of insurance product specialists to implement holistic sales initiatives and achieve AOP targets.
• Develop a robust sales culture and drive insurance sales performance across branches.
• Monitor and review sales processes to improve channel efficiency and customer experience.
• Maintain high team morale, attract and develop talent across the company.
• Ensure controls to minimize the Bank’s risk exposure and comply with Group policies.
