Job summary

Wide Mind Limited is seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader responsible for directing daily restaurant activities to ensure exceptional dining experiences and achievement of sales targets. The role emphasizes strong leadership, training, and execution of SOPs, while maintaining food quality and hygiene.

You will oversee cost control, promotions, and cross-department collaboration, and handle multiple tasks under pressure with an energetic, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-8 years relevant experience.
• Must have strong Mandarin, English and Chinese reading/writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent dining experience to customers.

Lead and manage restaurant operations to deliver excellent dining experiences and achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent dining experience to customers

Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets and operation efficiency

Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness

Monitor and keep close control of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness of the Restaurant

Manage food cost and conduct stock take regularly

Implement marketing promotions

Work closely with different internal departments and pursue timely and effective communication

Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

About you

At least 2-8 year's relevant experience

Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Chinese

Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in Western restaurants

Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision making skills

Energetic and outgoing personality

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
