Job summary

Koji Teppanyaki in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a high standard of guest service. This full-time role focuses on staff supervision, inventory control, cost management, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

You will motivate front-line teams, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales targets while working on shifts. English and Cantonese/Mandarin preferred; salary range HK$26,000–HK$32,000 per month, with discretionary bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of management experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills; proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Education: High school diploma or above; degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily operations to ensure a smooth and profitable running of the restaurant.
• Lead, motivate, and train front-line staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and control operating expenses.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
