Job summary

Jia Group Holdings Limited is seeking a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager for Ninetta in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and manage budgets and staff to maximize revenue and service quality.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, leadership, and a strong hospitality background, with opportunities for growth within the F&B group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in F&B group or hotel restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining operations and service standards.
• Chinese speaker is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Motivational leader and a good team player with passion in F&B service.
• Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
