Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager - Terrace Boulud to lead the restaurant operations within the Food & Beverage Service team. You will supervise daily operations, ensure service standards meet budgeted profit, and report to the Restaurant Manager.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar F&B capacity in luxury hotels, strong leadership, and a passion for guest service. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' relevant working experience in a similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Passion in customer service and hospitality industry.
• Able to work under pressure.
• International exposure will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supervising the operations of the restaurant and ensure it is running smoothly and achieving the budgeted profit. The Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for the following duties:
