Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for All Day Dining to lead the Food & Beverage service team. The role oversees restaurant operations, ensures budgeted profit, and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

You will deliver a delighted dining experience, liaise with kitchen, and support menu promotions. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hotel F&B experience, strong managerial and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service in a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant hotel Food & Beverage experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service mindset.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Assistant Restaurant Manager - All Day Dining is responsible for supervising the operations of the restaurant and ensure it is running smoothly and achieving the budgeted profit. The Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager - All Day Dining , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver a delighted bar and dining experience to our guests
• Ensure maintain smooth daily operation and high-quality service standard of the restaurant
• Handle complaints and comments tactfully
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team on food quality or presentation
• Liaise with internal and external parties on new menus and promotions
• Develop and maintain good relationships with guests

As Assistant Restaurant Manager - All Day Dining, we expect from you:

• At least 3 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably in luxury hotel
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
• Passion in customer service and hospitality industry
• Able to work under pressure
• International exposure will be an advantage
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
