Job summary

Greatwood Hospitality Private Limited seeks a capable Repair Technician to inspect and supervise daily maintenance and repair works across residential properties in Hong Kong. You will address tenant and guest technical inquiries, support routine operations, and advise on repairs and improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Building Services-related certificate or degree, with HK experience and a Grade A electrical worker registration being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Degree in Building Services or related discipline
• Registration of Electrical Workers (Grade A) is an advantage
• 3 years' post-qualification experience in maintenance of building services in Hong Kong
• Strong analytical capabilities, sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Familiarity with statutory regulations and compliance requirements in property management

Responsibilities

• Inspect, monitor and supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair works in residential properties
• Handle tenant and guest complaints, enquiries and fitting out related to technical issues
• Assist with routine maintenance and operation works
• Provide technical advice and recommendations on repair and improvement works
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Property In Charge
