Job summary

InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, a five-star luxury hotel, is seeking a reservations specialist to manage inbound bookings by phone, fax, or email. You will input reservations, ensure rate-category accuracy between OPERA and CONCERTO, and perform ad-hoc tasks to support a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality degree, have 1–2 years in hotel reservations, and possess strong organizational and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree holders in hospitality management or related studies.
• 1-2 years of working experience in hotel reservations is an added advantage.
• Good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
