Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited is seeking a Reservations Officer/Senior Reservations Officer in Hong Kong. The role involves handling guest enquiries, managing room availability and rates, and coordinating with Sales, Front Office, Concierge, Guest Experience and F&B to fulfil guest needs.

Excellent telephone and email manners, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A more experienced candidate may be considered for the Senior Reservations Officer position;

Responsabilidades

• Have fully understanding on all hotel products, like guest rooms, rates and promotions, hotel facilities and programs
• Assist on managing room availability, rate or booking integration issues to maximize hotel occupancy and average daily rate
• Manage telephone, email and fax enquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional customer service at all times, ensure accuracy and attention to detail in accordance with company standards without delay
• Communicate effectively with guests and amongst various departments, notably Sales, Front Office, Concierge, Guest Experience and Food & Beverage, to ensure all guest requests and needs are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate guest history and apply history to current reservations
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors
