Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to support the reservations team and respond to guest room enquiries. You will deliver Forbes and IHG True Hospitality standards, know all hotel products and services, and respond to guest requests accurately and timely.

In this role you will upsell and cross-sell to help deliver the hotel's revenue targets while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1+ years’ related experience, including management experience.
• Experience with OPERA PMS is preferred.
• Must speak local language and be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Reservations Sales Agent.
