Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant administrative experience in the higher education, public, or quasi-public sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the research postgraduate (RPg) programme at the faculty level, including student recruitment, admissions, progress and probation monitoring, and coursework.
• Provide administrative support to core research facilities, including access booking, budgeting, human resources, and supporting management committee meetings.
• Organize seminars and workshops to promote research integrity and good practices for HKUMed staff and students.
• Perform other duties to facilitate faculty-level initiatives.
