The University of Hong Kong invites applications for the post of Executive Officer in the Graduate School of the Research Services of the Registry. The appointment is a two-year fixed-term contract with gratuity and University contributions to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.

Qualifications

• Good university degree with at least 3 years of solid administrative work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Good computer literacy, communication and interpersonal skills; high level of organisational and problem-solving skills; strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Administer RPg programmes including admissions, coursework, progress monitoring and thesis examinations.
• Take part in new projects/initiatives and coordinate general office administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
