You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals and social networks, screen for technical skills, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures while maintaining data in the ATS and hitting KPIs.

• 4–8+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, focusing on IT contract staffing.
• Proven experience recruiting for the Hong Kong IT market.
• Hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and Boolean search.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end IT contract recruitment in Hong Kong.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, social media and databases.
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers.
• Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future needs.
• Negotiate rates and timelines with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and meet KPIs.
