Qualifications

• Exposure to Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sales, Business Development, HR, Banking or IT is a plus.
• Solid customer service and relationship-building experience.
• Good knowledge of the HK recruitment market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Senior Recruiter / Managing Consultant as a potential track for more experienced candidates.
• Fresh graduates welcome to explore a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on identification, review, and career guidance of IT-related candidates in the public and banking sectors.
• Draft job specifications, source and screen candidates, coordinate the recruitment process with stakeholders, salary negotiation.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head.
• Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• 5-day work with normal office hours.
