The role offers a stable base plus uncapped commission and a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years sales experience and fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English to connect with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Steer your day’s agenda to build a robust recruitment pipeline aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
• Engage prospective candidates through job listings, outreach, and networking.
• Vet candidates via referrals, advanced search tools, databases, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate interview arrangements with clients and provide candidates with necessary information.
• Manage the offer process to ensure a smooth transition for candidates into new roles.
• Drive client engagement, nurture relationships, and convert leads into long-term accounts.
