Randstad Hong Kong is seeking an Associate Consultant / Consultant to identify and engage top-tier IT professionals through market mapping and sourcing, while conducting interviews to assess fit for global clients. You will build deep knowledge of the HK Tech sector and support Senior Consultants on recruitment mandates.

Qualificações

• University degree required in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Native/Fluent Cantonese and English.
• Desire to build a long-term career in professional services.
• Passion in business development, sales and networking.
• Strong commercial acumen and resilience in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage top-tier IT professionals through market mapping and sourcing.
• Conduct face-to-face and video interviews to assess candidate suitability for global clients.
• Build a deep understanding of the HK Tech industry.
• Support Senior Consultants in executing recruitment mandates for prestigious MNCs and listed companies.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing to successful placement.
