Job summary

TEKsystems Hong Kong is seeking ambitious individuals to join as Recruitment Consultant / Sales. This fast-paced, relationship-driven role focuses on connecting technology professionals with exciting opportunities across leading organizations.

No prior recruitment experience is required; candidates from sales, marketing, customer service, or other client-facing backgrounds are encouraged. You will develop your commercial and account management skills while contributing to the full recruitment

Responsibilities

Build relationships with technology professionals across the Hong Kong market.
Source and headhunt candidates through job platforms, databases, referrals, and networking.
Conduct candidate calls and meetings to understand their experience and career goals.
Screen and shortlist candidates against customer hiring requirements.
Prepare candidates for interviews and manage them throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain relationships with placed consultants and support their ongoing experience.
Partner closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and deliver suitable talent.
Develop your commercial, sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
