Job summary

VULCAN TECH CO LD is seeking an International Sales Executive/Manager (Packaging Molds) to grow its global packaging mold business from a Hong Kong base. The role requires managing international accounts, developing new markets, and delivering tailored proposals while traveling regularly to meet clients.

Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential. Remote work with travel and competitive commission/bonus structures are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in international sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or mold industry is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin; excellent business writing and communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Engineering background not required, but familiarity with technical processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in international markets for packaging mold solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients; deliver proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals while protecting company interests.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to translate client needs into solutions.
• Attend international trade shows and client meetings overseas to generate leads.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
