Job summary

Hang Heung Cake Shop Co Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for International Business / Export to grow our overseas network. You will build relationships with distributors and partners, expand into new markets, and drive strategic development initiatives.

You will identify new customers, manage key accounts, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on export projects. Strong English/Chinese skills and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma holder with relevant experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years in wholesale, export sales, international business development or key account management.
Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, gifting, retail or consumer products industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience in developing overseas markets and acquiring new business opportunities.
Knowledge of export operations, distributor management and international trade practices is an advantage.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent business development and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Willing to travel overseas for business development activities and trade exhibitions when required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers and partners while exploring new market opportunities.
Drive business growth through international market expansion and strategic development initiatives.
Identify and acquire new overseas customers, distributors and channel partners to expand market presence.
Develop and execute business development plans for new territories and foreign markets.
Manage key customer accounts and build long-term partnerships to maximize sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and projects.
Attend local and overseas trade fairs, exhibitions and business meetings when required.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, market updates and management reports.
