FH Packaging Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead packaging solutions sales in Hong Kong and overseas. You will drive growth across North America and APAC, manage the full sales cycle, and oversee early Hong Kong operations while visiting facilities in South China. Expect frequent travel and close coordination with the US leadership.
Proven 5–10+ years in packaging sales, strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, plus CRM expertise, are essential to succeed in this role.
Compensation: Base salary HKD $50,000 – $70,800/month (HKD $600K–$850K/year) + Uncapped Commission (Target Total Earnings: HKD $1M+).
· Drive new business growth across North America (U.S./Canada) and APAC overseas markets (excluding mainland China domestic sales).
· Execute the entire sales cycle—from cold prospecting and consultative discovery to contract negotiation, custom tooling programs, and commercial implementation.
· Conduct regular visits to South China manufacturing facilities (Dongguan/Shenzhen) to oversee custom mold development, production quality, and export timelines.
· Independently manage initial Hong Kong office/operational setup before scaling the regional team.
· Travel frequently across South China, North America, and trade shows, while aligning with California HQ schedules (including PST time zone calls).
· Introduce custom rigid packaging solutions—including plastic/glass bottles, jars, closures, injection molding, and sustainable materials to key decision-makers.
· Maintain full transparency with U.S. leadership via Salesforce/HubSpot pipeline management, and represent FH Packaging by attending and networking at major international packaging trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences across Hong Kong, Asia, and North America.
· Proven 5-10+ years of sales or business development track record within primary/rigid packaging (bottles, jars, closures, glass/plastic, or custom tooling).
· Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for U.S. clients, HK operations, and South China factory communication.
· Strong knowledge of export/import logistics and trade compliance between South China, Hong Kong, and North America.
· Valid U.S. B1/B2 visa for frequent travel to North America and global trade shows.
· Proven ability to operate independently as a solo setup lead, with flexibility for U.S. West Coast (PST) evening meetings.
· High proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and a documented history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
