Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. is seeking an Client Services Associate Director in Hong Kong to lead a team delivering eDiscovery and litigation support. You will oversee projects, manage client relationships, and drive service quality across APAC accounts.

You will mentor staff, coordinate staffing, budgets, and WIP while partnering with regional leadership on strategic initiatives. Mandarin/Cantonese skills are a plus and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; JD/MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years' industry experience in eDiscovery.
• Experience with Relativity at Administrator level or above with strong QC/QA.
• Experience with APAC clients; regional travel may be required.
• Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of eDiscovery Client Services professionals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in eDiscovery & Litigation Support.
• Develop client relationships through effective project management and QC.
• Mentor and train team; support succession planning.
• Coordinate staffing and project assignments; monitor budgets and WIP.
• Prepare executive summaries and participate in quarterly business reviews.
