Job summary
Consilio LLC in Hong Kong is seeking a Legal Solutions Consultant to drive business development, client resourcing solutions and transformation initiatives across Asia. You will advise on legal operations, technology adoption, and cross-border opportunities while building trusted relationships with chief legal officers and heads of legal across the region.

Qualifications
- 5–20 years' experience within legal services, legal consulting, legal operations, professional services, recruitment, business development or related fields.
- Experience using and working with legal technology ecosystems including CLM, matter management, eBilling, eDiscovery, AI tools and related legal operations platforms.
- Ability to establish credibility with General Counsel, Heads of Legal and Legal Operations leaders through practical industry experience and insight.
- Strong understanding of the challenges facing modern in-house legal departments, including budget pressures, resource constraints, outside counsel management, technology adoption and efficiency initiatives.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Building and nurturing relationships with client counterparts and senior business stakeholders across Asia.
- Owning the full business lifecycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Developing tailored legal resourcing, consulting and transformation solutions.
- Advising clients on legal operations, legal transformation and legal department optimisation initiatives.
- Engaging with legal operations leaders regarding technology adoption and workflow improvement.
- Leveraging knowledge of legal technology platforms to identify opportunities.
- Growing existing client relationships across LOD and Consilio services.
- Developing pitches, tenders and proposals.
- Partnering with marketing on campaigns and events.
- Driving cross-border opportunities with global colleagues.
- Representing the group brands externally as a market expert on trends impacting in-house legal teams.
- Maintaining CRM and pipeline reporting.
