Job summary

DJRecruit Asia is representing a top-tier global law firm in Hong Kong, seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–3 years PQE. You will handle a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes and cross-border arbitrations, draft pleadings and court documents, and advise multinational clients.

You will coordinate with overseas offices, work with partners on strategy, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. English and Mandarin fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proactive team player with interpersonal skills and an interest in legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a broad portfolio of complex, high-stakes commercial litigation and cross-border arbitration matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, court documents, witness statements, and legal submissions for Hong Kong proceedings.
• Provide strategic, commercially tailored legal advice to multinational corporations, funds, and high-net-worth clients.
• Coordinate cross-border matters with overseas offices, counsel, and international legal networks.
• Work closely with partners on case strategy, client management, and legal research.
• Utilize advanced legal technology and AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and project delivery.
